We want to work with you to explore the issues which feel like speed bumps or even roadblocks in your daily life. Here are a few of the many kinds of therapy and services we use to reach our clients' goals.
Helping clients see themselves for the wonderful people they are, with a focus on their strengths, skills, and positive qualities.
Helping clients react to anxious and frustrating experiences in a healthier way by teaching skills to manage our reactions and emotions, including relaxation techniques, breathing methods, and therapeutic movement.
Helping clients adapt to life after trauma and loss, processing grief and pain, including methods such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Using paint, drawing, collage, and other forms of artwork to help clients interpret, experience, and process emotional events in their lives.
Therapy where it works for you. Individual and group therapy can be arranged at your site or in a professional office setting. We're also introducing Neurofeedback and Biofeedback services to enhance our care. Contact us to see how we can work with you.
Our clinic offers services specially tailored to people who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. Our clinicians have been trained and have experience working with this population, and are able to adapt therapeutic interactions and styles to suit the specific needs of each individual client.
This includes working with people who have been diagnosed with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Intellectual Disabilities.

That's okay, most people aren't. Call us and we'll figure out the right starting point together.
